Best compounded semaglutide
The compounded semaglutide programmes ranked on our published rubric, not on their advertised headline.

Disclosure: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher ranking, or the removal of any criticism. The scoring rubric and the full disclosure are both published.
Semaglutide prepared by a compounding pharmacy, ranked on what it costs, how honestly that cost is presented, and what sits behind it clinically.
This is the most price-competitive corner of the whole market, which is exactly why the advertised numbers are least reliable here. Three providers advertise $99 and bill three different amounts.

Cheapest qualifying option: Ozari Health at $86 a month. Our featured partner is pinned to the top of the list where it qualifies — see how we rate for who scores higher.
1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost
$149 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.
The $99 and $149 rates are annual-plan prices. If you want month-to-month, budget $149 and $199 instead, and check the refund terms before prepaying a year. Read the full Coreage Rx review.
2. Trimi — Lowest flat price with named pharmacies
$99 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 programme on annual plans, with medical oversight through the Arora Health clinician network and publicly named 503A compounding pharmacies.
Both headline prices are annual-plan rates. Confirm the month-to-month figure and the refund terms before prepaying twelve months. Read the full Trimi review.
3. PlexusDx — Pharmacy transparency and genetic testing
$189 a month, no membership fee. Prescription GLP-1 and peptide programmes with no membership fee, built around genetic testing, using independent clinicians and a publicly listed set of 503A pharmacies.
The advertised "from $129" is the programme floor. Budget $189/month for the compounded injection tier. Read the full PlexusDx review.
4. Ozari Health — Lowest advertised semaglutide price
$86 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 telehealth service operating in all 50 states, with physician review through the Arora Health network and a dedicated health concierge.
Confirm whether $86 is a month-to-month rate or requires a longer commitment, and ask which pharmacy compounds it. Read the full Ozari Health review.
Frequently asked
Which compounded semaglutide provider is best value?
The ones charging no membership fee, because that is where the gap between advertised and billed pricing almost always comes from. Our table shows both figures.
Is compounded semaglutide going away?
Possibly in its current form. The FDA proposed excluding semaglutide from the 503B Bulks List in April 2026 and the comment period closed that July. Patient-specific 503A compounding would remain.
What the price does not tell you
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
In STEP-1, adults on 2.4 mg lost an average of about 14.9% of body weight over 68 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
