At $79 a month with medication included, Noom’s microdose semaglutide is the lowest figure on this site — and it describes a different treatment from everything it sits beside.
Microdosing uses doses well below those tested in the STEP trials. For someone who found conventional doses intolerable, that is a genuine feature rather than a compromise. For someone expecting roughly 15% body-weight loss, it is not the treatment that produced that number.
The prescription, at a glance
What is actually supplied
Real medication at deliberately low doses, paired with biomarker monitoring. The standard Noom Med tier at $149 a month covers conventional dosing if you want the full ladder.
How the prescription works
Well-built behavioural programme with clinical oversight. The medication supports the coaching rather than the reverse.
Behaviour-change app with a clinical arm. Sells a conventional GLP-1 programme and a lower-dose "microdose" programme with medication included.
Reading the price
About $948 a year for the microdose tier, $1,788 for the standard programme.
The $79 microdose tier includes medication but at deliberately low doses.
What we verified
- Noom Med listed from $149/month.
- Microdose GLP-1Rx programme listed from $79/month with medication included.
- Programme pairs low-dose medication with biomarker monitoring and coaching.
Checked 2026-09-18. Pricing here changes frequently; treat anything older than a month as a starting point rather than a quote.
Strengths
- The coaching is the actual product here and it is well built.
- Medication is included in the microdose tier rather than billed separately.
- Straightforward cancellation.
Drawbacks
- Microdosing is not equivalent to the doses used in the trials people have read about.
- Full-dose therapy costs the same as competitors without the price advantage.
Important. A $79 microdose programme is not the same treatment as 10 mg tirzepatide. Check the dose before comparing on price.
